President of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan telephoned Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Sharif a short while ago today (11 April 2015).
During the conversation that lasted for about 45 minutes, the two leaders discussed the situation in the Middle East and agreed that both the countries would accelerate efforts to resolve the deteriorating situation through peaceful means. 
They stressed that Houthis didn’t have any right to overthrow a legitimate government in Yemen and affirmed that any violation of the territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia would evoke a strong reaction from both the countries. 
The Prime Minister of Pakistan is in touch with various important Muslim leaders in his effort to diffuse the situation and salvage peace.
